09H00 - We will pick you up at your accommodation place;
09H30 - Arrival and start the activities;
14H00 - End of the activities;
14H15 - Lunch/snack (optional);
15H30 - Drop off at your accommodation place.

Transportation from and to your accommodation place in Porto Metropolitan Area (when requested), qualified instructors, insurance, harness with double lanyard, helmet and offer of the activity images/videos.

Bring:
